Your assistant will follow all your data protection policies and compliance requirements. You have full control over permissions and can revoke access at any time. We carry out monthly audits to ensure no information is stored on the devices of the virtual assistants.
At Tempus Lex we maintain a high level of cybersecurity. We also work with a cybersecurity company that helps us safeguard our network and computer systems. Our virtual assistants also follow best practices, and we have comprehensive cyber security insurance to safeguard against potential risks.
No, at Tempus Lex we believe in transparent pricing. The fees associated with your chosen plan are clearly communicated, and there are no hidden charges.
If you have used all of your hours, but still have more work. Then you can set a new maximum time limit for your virtual assistant to work. This extra time is charged to the minute. We recommend you use 30 minutes above your regular commitment, and that’s all we’ll charge you for.

As with any new employee, you will need to on-board them into your business. This will mean they can learn about your business and support you in the best way as quickly as possible.

Because of how we operate at Tempus Lex. We do not block out time for clients. Instead, we manage our time depending on the upcoming deadlines. So long as you have agreed on a time frame for a piece of work, you can rest assured that your assiggned assistant will deliver to your expectations.
